Length: approximately 60 minutes
New patients will undergo a comprehensive assessment of their psychiatric history with the purpose of making a diagnosis.

Length: approximately 90 minutes
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation with additional DIVA-5 Evaluation for ADHD

Length: 60 minutes
One time evaluation required prior to Bariatric Surgery.
Can be done for patients new to the practice or established patients who are undergoing bariatric surgery.

Length: approximately 30 minutes
Follow up appointments to assess how previous treatments have been going. Usually occur every 4-12 weeks depending on the severity of symptoms.

Length: 45 minutes
Medication management plus focus on a wellness based treatment plan toward a specific goal

Medication management in addition to DIVA-5 Evaluation for ADHD
